At Ajax CNC Precision, we specialize in delivering custom solutions for a wide range of industries. Hand sanitizing stands

We made our own pedal activated stands for various clients. This is a project that required a lot of assembling of parts. These are high quality stands and will last forever.

Bottle Shelving Unit

We have many projects where we partner with others to make some unique structures. This is one example.

The unit is made from steel which is then powder coated in black. There are also small railings made from brass to keep the bottles from falling off. The woodmakers then make the cabinets and wooden shelves.

Metals such as steel or brass work great in combination with wood or other materials like glass.

Projector stands for art gallery

This is another unique project. The picture was taken by Juan Ortiz-Apuy, art installator at Galerie AXENE07 in Gatineau.

The stands are made from round steel tubing that is then bent into the desired shape. We then add two plates from aluminum with screws to hold everything together. Afterwards we powder coat the stands in yellow for a beautiful look.

Lighting Fixture

Brass is a material we frequently work with, and this piece is a prime example of machined parts expertly assembled together.

This particular fixture is now proudly displayed at Union Station in Toronto. Crafted entirely from solid brass, it undergoes a meticulous polishing and lacquering process, not only enhancing its shine but also protecting it from oxidation. Finally, glass is carefully installed on each door to complete the piece.
